Customer Satisfaction Representative

CCG has immediate openings now available for full or part time representatives on all shifts. To be considered, please be reliable and computer literate. In this job you will serve customers calling our offices by providing information, placing sales orders and solving problems. This position requires a high school education or equivalent. A minimum of six months of office/clerical experience or equivalent, particularly in the area of customer service and/or sales, is preferred. Experience in public relations or sales is highly desirable. Heavy inbound phones & email are much of the work. Salary and benefits package are available. Marketing Communications

CCG is now accepting resumes for the position of Marketing Communications Manager. The successful candidate will be versed in website design, direct mail marketing, email marketing, datasheets, online advertising, banners, and video. At least two years of professional experience in web and print design are required. Strong graphics and design application knowledge is vital. The ability to create Flash graphics is a plus. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of on-going projects and very fast turn-around times. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail are a must. Strong typography, color and layout skills are essential. A Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related studies is preferred. The successful candidate will work closely with company management and IT, as well as with clients and outside vendors. It is important that this person be self-motivated, able to work with little supervision and have strong communication skills.

Essential Job Qualifications/Education:

Web Programmer

We are looking for a Visual basic developer to help us create and improve a variety of Internet based applications. The work environment is fast-paced but also relaxed and congenial. Projects might involve one or all of the following types of services we provide for our clients:

• Shopping Cart: Supports a full electronic commerce experience including the hosting in a load-balanced cluster for a variety of merchants.
• Inventory Management: Supports the real-time management of a store's inventory, including the dynamic drawing of the appropriate size color options based upon the current inventory levels.
• Multi-Attribute Search: Supports multi-attribute search form as well as custom search results to show section pages, number or results, ordering, and synonym tables.
• Wish List: Provides an alternative to the shopping cart, can help to organize items and allow the list to be shared with other individuals which can be public or private.
• Gift Registry: A more full featured version of a wish list to be used as a registry for events such as wedding or baby shower registry. Supports multiple addresses, i.e. before/after event, supports the emailing of registry information to friends.
