The CCG Super Affiliate Program is that very solution.

The responsibilities of the Super Affiliate (SA) are limited to marketing and promotion. That's it. Everything else is handled by CCG.

Here's what CCG provides:

Web Application:

The SA program provides the full catalog of the CCG inventory for sale to any address in the US or it's territories, including military addresses. Each SA can modify the inventory by choosing to exclude certain titles, and can add pages that are unique to their site. Included in the licensing fees are the ability to modify graphics, colors and basic templates, add a distinctive logo, and consult with CCG's design team. Further customization is available upon request.

Publisher Relations:

It all starts here. Because of our close working relationship with hundreds of publishers around the world, CCG is authorized to offer an ever growing list of popular magazines at dramatically low prices, and even lower remit rates (wholesale price). The cost to the agent is our actual cost, plus a modest royalty fee which is how CCG receives compensation. The greater the sales volume, the lower the royalty. The SA program is truly an opportunity designed to drive profits for both parties.

Inbound Sales Module:

Each SA can opt for their own unique toll free number which is answered by the Magazine Service Center 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to capture sales from customers that prefer not to provide credit cards numbers online. This same toll free service acts as the gateway for the Magazine Service Center Customer Service Department.

Order Verification:

Orders are harvested throughout the day. The data entry performed by the customer (Name address, zip code etc) is verified for accuracy, gift details are checked, and then the customer credit card is charged. At day's end, the credit card batch is settled, and funds are deposited directly into the US Bank account of the SA. If requested, CCG can assist in establishing a Merchant Account, or in setting up a US corporate identity required to set up a bank account for any SA that is headquartered outside the United States.

Fulfillment:

Once the orders have been processed, they are typically held for 48 hours to account for any late cancellations or required changes. Each Friday, all verified orders are processed and prepared for submission to hundreds of different fulfillment centers around the world. CCG writes thousands of checks monthly as payment for subscriptions.

Customer Service:

Each SA may choose to do their own customer service, but we don't recommend it. As part of the Inbound Sales Module mentioned above, CCG will handle all customer service inquiries, address changes and all necessary publisher follow-up.

Analytics:

Every successful business requires careful, ongoing analysis, and these tools are all included. Track unique visitors, raw sales figures and average order size. Establish strategic relationship and track their effectiveness through precise link tracking tools. Because of our close relationship with Commission Junction, we can even assist in establishing an affiliate program.

Cross Marketing

Capitalize on impulse buyers. Suggest compatible products on every item page and at checkout.

Email Marketing:

Your customers are your greatest assets! Contact them to suggest renewals, or send blasts to your entire database for holidays or special sales events. We provide this service for far less than commercial emailing operations, with a quick and efficient turnaround.
